茹でる前に、つゆ・薬味などをご準備ください。
１．麺１００グラムにつき約１リットルの沸とうしたお湯の中へバラバラと入れ、ハシで軽くほぐしてください。
２．４分茹でてください。
３．茹であがったら冷水で手早く洗ってください。
４．水を切って、お好みのつゆ・薬味などを添えて、ご賞味ください。

HARIMA Banshu Hiyamugi 500g
Hiyamugi is a thin, smooth Japanese cold noodle that is especially popular in summer. After boiling, it is quickly cooled in cold water and served with dipping sauce and condiments for a refreshing taste. It’s easy to enjoy, making it perfect for hot days!
Before boiling, please prepare your dipping sauce and condiments.
For every 100 grams of noodles, add to approximately 1L of boiling water, and gently separate them with chopsticks.
Boil for 4 minutes.
Once cooked, quickly rinse under cold water.
Drain well and serve with your preferred dipping sauce and condiments. Enjoy!
