Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept a return. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange them for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Genki Mart does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our shops. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change.
