Refunds and Substitutions
Unfortunately, there will be occasions where an item you ordered is out-of-stock. If this happens, we can replace the out-of-stock items with a substitute product of equal or greater value, at no extra cost.
At the end of your checkout form you have an option to select either “Refund” or “Allow Substitutions”.
- If “Allow Substitution” is selected, and an item isn’t available when we pack your order, we’ll replace it with a substitution item of equal or greater value at no extra cost.
- If you have selected “Refund”, and an item isn’t available when we pack your order, we will process a refund within three to five business days.
