All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept a return. If you received incorrect or damaged products, we will gladly exchange them for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Genki Mart does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our shops. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Any incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of reported delivery. We do not accept returns for packaging change. If an item you purchased is out of stock, we will refund your payment to the card you used to pay for it.
